Phase Research continues to be the industry leader with a 1-year warranty that not only covers parts and service but also includes FREE technical support and programming from that date of purchase.

Starting in January 2009, we started shipping our new version of “E3” boards, any Timer shipped with an Ethernet Connection has an “E3” engine board, non-ethernet Timers could have either our older model or “E3” board.

The easiest way to tell what type of board you have is if you have a RED engine board you have an “E3” if you have a Green engine board you have an older model.

We no longer ship the older model of engine boards as this is an older platform. For those customers who currently have older version of boards we have the following Options Available for After Market Service:

1. PI – Per incident Charge $50– for those customer that prefer not to have a contract – this is a one-time charge per incident.

2. TSC - $196 (non- E3 and/or timers shipped prior 1/2009) – Technical Support & Programming for 1 year per timer.

3. UTSC $295 – (E3 timers only) - Free upgrades plus Technical Support & Programming for 1 year per Timer.

4. E3 UTSC $695 - this package includes a new E3 engine board & E3 mainboard (the mainboard comes withOUT an LCD, you will need transfer the current LCD to the new main board) Instead of the usual 90 day replacement part warranty you will receive 1 year warranty on both parts.

5. FT2300 2k Upgrade $875 – this package includes a new E3 engine board & E3 mainboard with LCD screen and a New Printer and comes with a 1 year warranty on parts, labor, technical support and programming.

6. FT3300 3k Upgrade $875 - this package includes a new E3 engine board and E3 mainboard via a Front Cover and INCLUDES Ethernet Access) anc comes with a 1 year warranty on parts, labor, technical support and programming.
