Phase Research continues it's industry leading ways with our standard warranty. Our warranty covers the usual parts and labor for 1 year, but also includes FREE technical support and programming for 1 year. The industry standard for Technical Support is 90 days.

Phase Research prides itself on listening to it's customer comments. Based on our customers suggestions and feedback we have added new support contact avenues.

Not only can you continue to reach us by Phone, we are now also available via E-mail, Chat and Live Support.

We have also added new After Warranty support options:

UTSC - Includes Technical Support, Programming and Free Upgrades for 1 year.

TSC - Includes Technical Support and Programming for 1 year.

PI - Per Incident Charge for those customers who prefer not to have a contract.
