Setting Printer Options with 1000 Series Timer

Overview

Setting Printer Options allows you to select the time and type of reports to be automatically printed. PRINTER ALLOWED must be set to ON to receive any reports.

NOTE: If no keys are pressed in a short period of time, the timer times out and automatically returns to the Activity screen. If this occurs any unsaved data will be lost.

Press to open Menu screen.

Press

to move cursor to SET PARAMETERS.

Press

You are then prompted to enter your 4-Digit Access Code.

Enter your 4-digit Access Code. Cursor is now in Set Parameters screen.

until the cursor moves down to PRINTER OPTIONS.

Press

You are now in the Set Printer Options screen.

7.	Press	to move to the Printer Option you wish to change.
	Note: If you want to change the PRINT EACH CAR option, call Phase Research for assistance.
8.	Press	to switch selected printing option ON or OFF. The cursor automatically moves down to the next line.
	Note: You can only have one Daily Report, either DAILY AT CLOSING or DAILY AT OPENING.
9.	Continue selecting printer options to turn ON or OFF as desired.
10.	Press	twice to return to Activity screen.
