Setting
Remote Display Options with 1000 Series Timer
|
Overview
The Fast
Track 2+2 can support up to 6 Remote Displays.
Each Display can be set to display the same time
function or different time functions for different
events (such as MENU time, WIN1 time, LINE time,
etc.) as desired.
Before
setting events for the Remote Displays it is important
to know the address of each display. To check the
address of a Remote Display proceed with the Check
Address procedure, if you know the address of each
Remote Display proceed to the Set Events procedure.

Check
Address
Each
event you wish to display will require it's own
address (001 through 006). If the Remote Display's
address is 001, it will show the event that is
programmed for Remote #1 on the Remote Display
Options screen. Address 002 will show the event
programmed for Remote #2, Address 003 will show
the event programmed for Remote #3, and so on.
IMPORTANT:
If your store requires two or more remote displays
to show the same event, those displays must be
set to the same address.
To verify
the address of a Remote Display the display will
need to go through a power-up sequence. The first
number that flashes during the power-up sequence
(i.e. 001, 002, etc...) is the address of that
Remote Display.

NOTE: Do
not unplug the DIN plug by pulling on the gray cable,
make sure to only pull on the black plug itself.
- To
force a power up sequence, remove power from the
display by unplugging the DIN plug from the top
of the display, then replace the DIN plug.
- Observe
the first number that flashes during power-up. The
address will be one of the following: 001, 002, 003,
004, 005, or 006.
If you
wish to change the address for one or more Remote
Displays proceed with the Change Address procedure,
if you do not wish to change any address proceed
with the Set Events procedure.
