Setting Access Codes with 1000 Series Timer

Note: If no keys are pressed in a short period of time, the timer times out and automatically returns to the Activity screen. If this occurs, any unsaved data will be lost.
   

1. Press to open Menu screen.
2. Press to move cursor to SET PARAMETERS.
3. Press You are then prompted to enter your 4-Digit Access Code.

Enter your 4-digit Access Code. Cursor is now in Set Parameters screen.

5. Press Cursor is now in upper left-hand corner of Time/Store Hours/Code screen, as illustrated. 

Note: If you do not wish to change the Store Access Code, proceed to Step 9.

6. Press to move cursor down to STORE.
7. Press

to move cursor right to the first Store Access Code number space.

Press number keys to select a 4-digit Code for Store Manager. As you enter each number, an asterisk * appears on the screen. Actual numbers do not appear so that others are not able to see your selection. Cursor moves directly to DISTRICT after Store Access Code has been entered.

9. Press

to mover cursor down to DISTRICT Access Code

10. Press

to move cursor right to the first District Access Code number space.

11.

Press number keys to select a 4-digit Code for District Manager. This code can be same as or different than code for Store Manager. 

12. Press twice to return to Activity screen.

Note: The access code is needed for all future parameter changes. Keep this code in a safe location for future reference.
