Setting First Day of Week & Store Hours with 1000 Series Timer
Note: Time, Day and Date must be set before store hours can be set. Once these are set, proceed with Setting Store Hours as follows. If no keys are pressed in a short period of time, the timer times out and automatically returns to the Activity screen. If this occurs, any unsaved data will be lost.
1.
Press
to open Menu screen.

Press
to move cursor to SET PARAMETERS.

Press
You are then prompted to enter your 4-Digit Access Code.

Enter your 4-digit Access Code. Cursor is now in Set Parameters screen.

Press
Cursor is now in upper left-hand corner of Time/Store Hours/Code screen, as illustrated below.

Press
to move cursor down to 1st DAY OF WEEK.
7.
Press
until 1st Day of Week is correct.
8.
Press
to move cursor down to SUN.
9.
Press
to mover cursor to right to OPEN time.
10.
Press
or to adjust Open time.

Note: observe AM or PM. 12 PM is noon, 12 AM is midnight.

Press to move cursor down to MON. Continue setting OPEN times for Monday through Saturday.

Press
to move cursor to CLOSE time.

Press
or until Close time is set.
14.
Press
to move cursor up to Close time for Friday. Continue setting Close times for Friday through Sunday.
15.
Press
to save changes.
16.
Press
twice to return to Activity screen.
Note: Any adjustments made to Store Hours require changes to be made to CUM(s) and Shifts as well.
